Warehouse Coordinator
Valentine Mechanical Services, LLC./Louisiana Generators is a family owned and operated Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who specializes in installation, service and maintenance of Generators and HVAC systems. We provide service to our customers, 24 hours a day/7days per week. We have been in business since 2003 and continue our growth year over year. Currently we are looking to add to our team a Warehouse Coordinator, that will be responsible for the safe and timely ordering, receiving, distribution, storing and tracking of inventory.
Responsibilities
- Orders product by monitoring book jobs.
- Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to booked jobs and shipping requirements; updating location database.
- Unload delivery trucks
- Use moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficient move inventory around the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality.
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
- Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
- Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
